Looks like you have a virus closing the websites. Run an anti-virus from
DOS.
Download the "boot disk builder" from here:
http://www.trendmicro.com/en/product...in/use/erd.htm
ON A CLEAN SYSTEM and execute it. It will need 7 blank disks. When done, you
will boot off those disks on you infected machine, and it'll clean it.
