Can someone help me fix my fxssend? The fax wizard suddenly broke at the last
step.
That step has buttons for Preview or Finish. Preview hangs forever, Finish
doesn't bring up the fax monitor.
I tried uninstalling and reinstalling, but the problem remains.
I have another XP pro installation on another box with a working fax, so I
should be able to fix the bad one or wreck the good one!
The problem started when the fax wizard dialed a number that was busy. To
stop the fax SW from redialing later, I deleted the unsent fax from the fax
console Outbox.
On my other system, such a deletion doesn't cause a problem.
The application error log shows a red X with fxssend.exe hang.
Please help me fix this problem!
