Broadcom Bluetooth Question

Hi

I have a Lenovo 3000 Notebook running XPSP2 with Broadcom 2045 Bluetooth 2.0
USB and using WidComm drivers.

I am very happy with it other than occasionally when using my USB serial
adaptor the serial port appeared to 'lock up' after a period of idle
connection.

I have just bought a Microsoft Bluetooth Notebook 5000 mouse to supplement
the touch pad and I've noticed that after a period of time the mouse
'freezes' for 10-20secs, and I wondered if the two things could be linked?

I have checked in Device Manager thet the five USB Root Hubs all have power
management disabled, hoping that this could be the answer, but it has made no
difference.

Can anyone throw any light on this irritation?

Thanks.

Barry
