How can I broadcast a meeting reminder, theoretically
without proposing, getting acceptances, etc. We need
this for small groups. We'd get the benefit of a timed
reminder, set ahead of time, for multiple recipients.
Whether this is accomplished through Outlook or not, any
ideas? Thanks.

Send out an email message with a reminder on it.
