i've developed a multicast file transfer system wit TTL ,respawning etc as its features.this supports only multicast file transfer.now someproblem has sprouted in the demand.
platform is VB.net
what i'm expected to do is to transfer the files in a broadcast mode keeping features like number of hops ltd to 30,etc.
is it possible to implement it in the same software.
i've done some R&d 's.i came to a conclusion that by using Client classes in VB.net we can send the values.plus some socket programming will be reqiured .but i don't kinow how it is done .can u give me some idea how it can be implemented .
