Broadband tweak software?

Hey all!

Just wondering if there have been any improvements in the "broadband speed
tweaking" area.

Most of us know about changing the RWIN and MTU settings, but it's a long
drawn out process... make a change, reboot, test... repeat, repeat, repeat.

I was just wondering if someone had come up with some software where the
user inputs a range of settings and then the software will make the change,
reboot, run the test, change the setting a bit, reboot, run the test, etc..
for the whole range specified by the user.

Doesn't really sound like a difficult program.

If not, can someone suggest THE site to really describe how to tweak a
broadband connection?

Thanks!
