I have been given a floppy to instal broadband by ntl and
am being charged but so far have been unable to download
it and therefore unable to use. Having spent nearly a
month trying I am getting very frustrated. It says one is
unable to register and apologise for inconvenience, it is
also impossible to get through on phone unless one has two
hours to spare and then I wasn't successful. They did say
it would be working on 3rd Dec. Have tried today to no
avail.
