Also you are not guaranteed to get the max rate that you are signed up for.
Most ISPs only guarantee (half heartedly) approx 65-75% of your bandwidth.
Also rates of download will vary based upon 1) what your downloading and 2)
where it is coming from.
If you expect to get 1mb of bandwidth from a 1mb pipe while transferring a
file china and your in New York it is unlikely.
