I ran Trend Micro's free virus scan, just double checking on AVG free, and
it found 2 instances of BRISS.A trojan in c:\windows\downloaded files. I ran
Windows Explorer, with all files viewable, and found nothing. AVG finds
nothing, nor does Spybot or Adaware. Any ideas? Should I try harder to find
this, or call it a "false alarm"?
Also, anyone know what this trojan does? Symantec doesn't have any
information on it at all
B.

If the suspect files are just in your d/l folder, simply delete them
and be done with it.

Here's some Project VGREP hits on Briss:

Upload the files for av scanning at file upolad sites listed here:

http://www.claymania.com/anti-virus.html

See what other scanners find and name the malware, if any, assuming
you're curious
