Briefcase issue after changing fileserver

All our user home folders have been moved from one fileserver "server-x" to a
new fileserver "server-y" which creates a Briefcase issue. The drive letter
mapping is kept the same.

The synchornized folder still has a reference to server-x in the Briefcase.
How can I update this easily to point to server-y
I want to avoid setting up new briefcases for +/- 500 end-users.

Thanks in advance for this technical challenge.
