Bridging NIC's

We have just replaced our servers and the new machines
have 2 built in network connections each. I have installed
Windows 2000 server and have a couple of questions.

1)Is it possible to bridge the NIC's in W2K as easily as
it is in XP?
2)Can you do it in Windows 2003 Server ?
