Excuse me if this isn't the proper forum.

After running a scan for maliciuos software "bridge.dll" was removed
from the system. Now when I boot up I get an annoying message "Unable to
load C:\windows\download\programfiles\bridge.dll".

Any idea how to get rid of this message?

TIA, John

Hi John,

It's a parasite, see:
http://www.pestpatrol.com/PestInfo/w...tes_bridge.asp

The program removed the file but not the reference to it. The above article
tells you how to remove it properly.
