Hello!!

Somebody knows some Software or some way to make a "Bridge Connection" or "Network Bridges" between two Network Adapters (in same computer) in Windows 98SE?

Use the ROUTE command.

A bit more info on what you want to do would help.

I don't know of any software that will allow bridging in W9x. Bridging
was not supported in W9x/NT/W2k . It was first added in XP. But IP routing
is supported.

Also search on Google. However, Windows 98 may not give you the best
performance if you even find one. If you are seriously about building a
bridge, please consider in hardware solution.

MAN Route or ROUTE /? is usually a good place to start.
