Bridge Club Player selection Form

I am asking for some help to create a form that will allow selection
of bridge club members (200) and display their previous tournament
rating in four subforms (NESW)
I would like the main form to allow selection for each position (NESW)
by: FirstName, LastName, Rank or by search of the table TblMembers.
This might be a bit ambitious but a combo style list would be too long
for 200 members. Once selected the respective subform (NESor W) would
show than players history as a scrollable list from TblTournament
showing: Date,Venue,TournamentPosition for his/her name.
Any help or guidance would be much appreciated
