Breaking automatic links to Excel file before sending to client

I do a monthly report in Powerpoint that has over a 100 charts and tables
that is linked to excel files. I send the powerpoint file to a client who
then distributes it throughout their company.

I want to use automatic updates for the links but the client will get the
"update links" message when they open it. Is there a way, after I have
finished updating, to create a copy for the client and break the links in one
shot? I don't want to have to break each link one at a time before sending.

Right now I update manually each chart/table.

Thanks,

Make a copy of the file and go to Edit|Links. You can choose "break links"
there.

Thanks, that worked for tables I have in the file but not the linked charts.
They are still linked. Is there some extra code for this? I did a Paste Link
from an excel table to create the charts in Powerpoint.
