I always lose track of my time when I'm working on a computer. I want to
know if WindowsXP has a break reminder feature that I can set up to remind
myself it's time to take a break to have a coffee or do some exercises, etc.
If yes, how can I set it up? Thanks.

ATnotes is neat, effective and features -
- Configurable alarms,
- Resizable windows,
- Variable fonts and a host of other useful features, etc.

With so many things to do in our life, ATnotes special feature is the useful
"reminder" function that pops up
at a designated time and date. You can use it for simple things like "It's
coffee time!", "Time to play tennis", "Time to swim", and so on....

Above all, Atnotes is FREEWARE.

Thanks.

There's a good little program called 'User Health' that does just that. You
may have to do a bit of googling to locate a downloadable version though,
since the home page was down when I last checked

The original installer was UserHealth-1.3-install.exe
