In the Windows\CurrentVersion\uninstall folder in the registry, there
is an entry called Branding. One of the keys is RequiresIEsysFile.

What is this ? Can it be deleted ?

Branding is basically tweaking Internet Explorer (possibly could extend to
the OS too I suppose) to make it appear as a corporate application/tool
rather than a generic web page browse (things like changing the IE title bar
or the MS logo in the right hand corner). As to the key itself, I'm not
sure. But the best rule is if you don't know what it is, leave it alone.
