Just laoded SP2 onto a brand new computer,I mean I just
bought it today at walmart,out of the box.Hooked it up
turned it on and started to register everything,then the
auto updates started to load the SP 2,I thought cool,then
when I rebooted it started this vicious cycle
of 'elboottaa.Can't even read the bsod,this thing is
rebooting 10 times a minute,Compaq support said to send
it back to them to repair.Is there anything I can do
before I take it back to walmart,cuz this sister ain't
gett'n' taken for no ride.I'll get a new one.And what can
I do to keep this from happening again.I read the waranty
I have 45 days to take it back,Compaq can pick it up at
walmart.If I get another one,and SP2 loads will it do
this again?Should i get my money back?$499+$38 tax is a
big investment for our family,Would like to have it going
for the kids to get their school work done so they won't
have to wait so long at the library.I hope all I have to
do is push a button to fix.Post back,i'll be here till
someone else comes up to sign in,then guess i'll read a
book.
