Brand new computer BSOD

I need to have some .dmp files analyzed. I have been trying to use one of my
support incidents by calling but everytime I call and go through the endless
menus on the phone I end up getting the message, 'Your call cannot be
connected at this time, please call again. WTF is the problem? I just want
someone to look at these dump files rather than go back and forth via email.

If it's brand new, take it back to where you bought it from and get them to
sort it....

Don't feel like mailing it back to Systemax in Ohio. Plus I have added
hardware and and am pretty confident it is one of those pieces that caused it
to freak out.

Then remove what you added and see what happens, if it runs properly add one
device at a time until you find the culprit.

If you want to play around, I found this.

issues such as hangs, slow performance, memory leaks or fragmentation, and crashes
in any Win32 user-mode process. The tool includes additional debugging scripts
focused on Internet Information Services (IIS) applications, web data access
components, COM+ and related Microsoft technologies."

I installed it, selected "advanced analysis", then "add data files". I found some
sample .dmp files on my machine, and fed it one. The program "calls home" to
Microsoft, and eventually opens an IE browser page, with the dump info.

What is the Stop Error Report?

Disable automatic restart on system failure. This should help by
allowing time to write down the STOP code properly. Right click on
the My Computer icon on the Desktop and select Properties, Advanced,
Start-Up and Recovery, System Failure and uncheck box before
Automatically Restart.

Do not re-enable automatic restart on system failure even after you have
solved the problem as it's better disabled. Check for variants of the
Stop Error message.

An alternative is to keep pressing the F8 key during Start-Up and select
option - Disable automatic restart on system failure.

If you are using a wireless keyboard and the F8 key does not work
substitute a wired keyboard and mouse for this exercise only.
