I can't seem to eradicate boz.exe from a PC that had multiple spyware
and virus infection i recently worked on.

Anyone know anything about this file? It has a 'barcode' for an icon ...

I ran a Gooogle on Boz.exe and all I came up with was a cute Santa type
figure, running around on my desktop. Where is the malware in that? And yes,
I ran all the proper scans after installing the program in question, no
virii, no malware, no adware present.

All i could find was site referring to it as mal/spyware in some form or
another (none showed removal in any depth)

I certainly found nothing relating to a festive character...

maybe it was the difference on googling with a capital "B"? That's the way I
typed it, not with a lower case.
