1. The web interface to this forum (newsgroup, actually) is very buggy.
I recommend you use the news reader interface. In Windows Mail,
double-click on "Microsoft Communities" and the wizard will set it up
for you. Subscribe to the newsgroup microsoft.public.windows.vista.mail ..
2. There is no automated way to download Yahoo Mail messages to
Windows Mail unless you subscribe to Yahoo's premium 'Mail Plus'
service:

You should be able to drag and drop individual .eml files into the
message list pane of Windows Mail.
