I sometimes get emails with large attachments. The Outlook receiving gets
locked and then multiples the message each time I try to receive. I have in
the past gone to a internet site to collect and delete some emails and then
Outlook will start to work again.

I cannot seem to get this accomplished now and can no longer receive emails
via my Outlook mailbox.

The emails that are clogging the system do not show, therefore this does not
help. I have already gone to another email program and deleted all large
files but the one that hung up the system still has it hung up and does not
appear in the In box of OUTLOOK nor the in box of the internet email.

It's best to determine what is causing this.
Do you have antivirus email integration enabled? If so, disable it.
You might also try increasing the server timeout.
If none of this helps and these are rather large files it might be best to
find an alternate way to access/share them. Email isn't really meant for
mega large files.
