When I go to send an email and go to complete the To,cc or bcc field it is
not giving me any suggestions to choose from. I have the Suggest names while
completing to,cc and bcc fields box checked when I go to email options. It
will work if I send an email to someone that I had already sent one to
earlier that day but once I close out of outlook and go back in, it does not
work anymore. I am using outlook 2007.

that means the nickname cache is corrupt. Try closing outlook and delete
the nickname cache - if it is still a problem, you'll need a new profile.

If I create a new profile what happens to all my contact, email and calender?
Will it save all that information or will it delete everything and I have to
start over?

Creating a new profile has no effect on the existing data in your folders.
You will need to make sure you add the existing PST file to your new profile,
however, because with some versions of Outlook, creating a new profile can
generate a new PST as well.
