When I am trying to delete messages in my inbox, I highlight the message and
click the delete icon. Outlook, then deletes not only the highlighted
message, but also two or three un-highlighted messages below it. Any solution
to this temporay problem? THX

No need to ask more than once.

asked more than once. Is there a solution to the temporary situation? Pls

My apologies. The exact same question was asked earlier, but I see now that
it was by "Time to Dine" and not "swissmoose".

Hi Brian. Thanks for replying. Swissmoos & time to dine are not one in the
same. swissmoos does not know how to repair the temporary issue/problem. We
tried looking up time to dine to no avail. Would you kindly advise swissmoos
how we can solve the problem ?
Many thanks and look forward to hearing from you Brian.

I've never seen the problem you describe. I wish I had a specific
suggestion. I do have a couple of generic suggestions, though: create a new
mail profile and see if the problem persists or try starting Outlook in safe
mode to see if the problem persists.
