Actually, many homeless in Seattle go to the public library for their
computing needs. As such, they are already Linux users, since the
Internet pretty much runs on Linux.

But they arn't RUNNING the internet, are they. Now if the library was
using Linux boxes for public access, THEN they could be considered Linux
users.
