I am getting thousands of emails bounced back to me that I never sent.
Microsoft hosts my web site, and they want to charge me more for the
additional storage space. How do I stop this? What is occurring? and,
finally, how did it happen?

I use outlook for all my emailing.

It could have been a spoofing attack.

Your email address has been forged into the From: header in a spam run.
Sorry, there isn't much you can do except wait until the spammer uses
another victim's email address.
