Hi,
For several months now when I saved JPG images files in Win-xp Pro it always
appears in Windows Explorer those similar files name but in .BAK files
extension. I've to delete those extra BAK files every time. How can I get
rid of BAK files without using Delete command? I other words; I don't want
those BAK files being appears every time I'm saving images files.

TIA,
-Rino

You need to check Help in the application you installed to
generate these .jpg files.

Many applications automatically generate a .BAK file when you make changes
to the original. This is for your protection.

The application may itself have some option to NOT make backup files.

Else, you can type "DEL *.BAK /S at a command prompt periodically. Heck, put
this command in a batch file and "schedule" it to run once a day.
