Windows 2K been running a long time. Two CDs, one RW the other Read Only.

I installed the new Cisco EVPN client today, now both CD's are gone. I
cannot even select CD-ROM from the hardware list to reinstall them.

I removed the EVPN client, and rebooted several times but CDs still
missing. I unplugged both, rebooted, then powered down, plugged them back
in but Windows never saw the CD's.

How can I get Windows to rediscover these two CD's??

TIA

Are they still listed in the BIOS?
