I recently had to reset my FP extensions with the server (Yahoo Small
Business Web Hosting) and now my shared borders have disappeared on the
published site.

The borders appear and look just fine on the local pages. Help?

I am supposing before you reset the FP extensions you had made some changes
to FP extension and now that you have reset it, it came back to default
position. Did you try uninstalling and reinstalling the FP extensions? Does
that resolve your issue or not?

To the best of my knowledge I did not make any changes to the extensions. I
modified a page. When it wouldn't publish, the error message said to reset
the extensions. I went into my host's control panel (Yahoo Small Business)
and reset the extensions. When I opened my website in IE, all of the shared
borders were gone. This is what it looks like now: www.site-socal.com. There
should be a header, left side navigation, and footer.

Right now all you have is empty folders at
http://www.site-socal.com/
- so I can't see what you have done

PS
get your host to turn off directory browsing
