I just loaded Bootvis.msi from the MS site. When I try to run it, I get
"Cannot access pgm" msg, Any ideas???

I didn't think you could still download Bootvis from the MS site. Look at
the bottom of this site

Bootvis has not been available from Microsoft since 2003. You got bootvis
elsewhere.
