Windows Xp Home started booting very very slowly. The
bootvis.exe tool is no longer available at Microsoft's
support site. Is there a boot utility which will analyse
my computer's boot process and suggest a way to get
faster boot time? Thanks in advance for any suggestions.

Hi,

First, run cleanup regularly.
Second, run defrag per month.
Third, run msconfig and uncheck those applications that
are not necessary to run at startup.
