From memory it's ntblog (NT Boot LOG) in windir.
If you hold F8 when booting you'll get the boot menu where you can choose to log it. This is one you have to remember. You'll only find it by searching for boot logging not boot log (and search previous versions of NT's database/resource kit). Smart eh.
