Booting XPe from USB flash disk

Hi,

I'm trying to boot an XPe image from a USB flask disk (or
Pen Disk), but I alway get the error 0x0000007B
(unaccessible boot device). Does anyone have a solution ?
Do I need a driver for the USB disk ? The USB disk was
inserted when I ran the TAP.EXE, so the driver has been
imported into the image, but I think I miss a bootload
driver for the USB disk.
