I find having a small ram disk extremely useful. Is there a way to start a
ram disk in Vista HP? The only thing that I have been able to find on the
subject says to use the same driver and instructions for setting up a W2K
ram disk.

Thanks,
Dan H

Google for "Win PE" and/or "WAIK".

I did. I'm not sure I understand what I found though: an OS and an
Installation Kit. I didn't d/l either, but I'm assuming that one or both of
these files will contain a way to make a ram disk. However, I'm not sure
that either of these methods are within my expertise.

Thanks for the reply,
D K Hacker
