I have a P IV computer and recently I have noticed that it is not booting. When I switch it on, it does nothing, not testing RAM, boot sequence etc. I can just see the logo of the manufacturer, no booting nothing. Any idea about the problem? Is there any problem with BIOS? Please advise.

System specs would be helpful please.

Do you get any beeping noise when you turn the computer on? how old is this computer? Have you tried removing one stick of ram and see if it works like that?

No there is no beeping. I removed the memory stick and put it in place again and checked but no success, the system is not doing the POST even.
