i would like to make a bootable disk with only chkdsk. it should be possible
to check ntfs disks.
i searched the Internet and i found a lott of bootrescues disks, but none
with cchkdsk.can someone help?

Why don't you install the recovery console as a boot option. Then you can
enter it during the boot process and work with Windows XP from the command
line.

i would like to make it very easy for some people without a lott of computer
knowledge.i would give them a cd with an automatic chkdsk...
