I'm searching for the download to create a bootable XP CD-ROM, to correct
loading issues. When I select the user to logon, it begins to load, then
immediately signs them off, taking me back to the XP user login window. I'm
assuming I need to use a bootable CD, but all I can find are Disk downloads.
My system only has CDRW, but does not have a Floppy Disk Drive. Any help is
much appreciated!!

Your Windows XP CD is bootable and contains tools to repair the
installation.

Why can't you simply use your original WinXP installation CD? All
legitimate WinXP installation CDs are already bootable.

No legitimate way to download the contents of the entire
installation CD, unless you have an MSDN subscription.

If it was a retail license and you have proof of purchase:

How to Replace Lost, Broken, or Missing Microsoft Software or Hardware
http://support.microsoft.com/default...B;en-us;326246

If it was an OEM license, you should contact the computer's
manufacturer.
