How do I remove the boot up log in window, that is looking to log into a
server. I just want to boot to windows.

What exactly do you mean with "looking to log into a server"?

The computer was originally set up to log in with user name and password.
The computer is now removed from the server network, but at start up it is
looking to log into the server network...

If the computer was removed from a domain then you'll need to know the
username and password (preferably local administrators group member) of a
local account in order to logon.
