BOOT UNACCESSABLE

      25th Aug 2004
I upgraded my motherboard, did not change anything else
on the system. When the PC boots I get error message BOOT
UNACCESSABLE - tells me to chkdsk which I did with boot
disk system - says fine, did FIXMBR also wrote a new MBR.
still have the same issue, anyone seen this before???
