Hi, all

I've switched my XPe from SP1 to SP2. However, there is a problem during
boot. When I plug in the LAN cable, before entering the desktop window, boot
procedure will stop for about 30s at a blue background with the mouse cursor
on it. When I unplug LAN cable, the boot procedure smoothly enter the destop
window. I doubt if DHCP matters, so I set a static IP address and reboot,
the image would still stop at there for a while. I've never met this problem
on SP1, How could this happen? Is it possible the firewall matters?
