      28th Oct 2007
I had xp installed on both HDDs.have uninstalled one but when booting PC it
gives me a choice of two OS.Have done this before but cant remember how to
get rid of it in CMD.Any help appreciated.

Start>Run>msconfig [enter]

Go to the Boot.Ini tab and you'll see a button to Check Boot Paths.
Click it and this should fix your issue.

Otherwise, you can manually edit boot.ini but the above is easier and safer.
