Dear all,
i tried to change the booting splash screen in my XPE image through
modifying the Boot.ini file like "/bootlogo/noguiboot" and place the 640x480
16 bit color boot.bmp in my c:\Windows directory. But in the booting time, it
displays only blank color without image. please help me to solve this
problem.

As Bing Chen already pointed out, your replacement logo bitmap must be
16-color (not 16 bit but 4 bit).

Also, make sure there is a space between /bootlogo and /noguiboot switches.

Test you logo bitmpa on XP Pro machine first.
