Boot screens

My current setup:

System:
Microsoft Windows XP
Professional
Version 2002
Service Pack 1

Computer:
Intel(R)
Pentium(R) 4 CPU 2.40GHz
2.39 GHz
512 MB of RAM

Now, my problem:

I've downloaded several boot screens from ThemeXP.org and tried
to set them up on my new PC. I've done this on my old PC with no
difficulties. Both PCs are running Service Pack 1 and the boot screens
I've downloaded purport to work with SP1. My boot.ini looks like
this:

No matter which one I select, it always uses the boot screen that was
installed with XP - the original boot screen. Nothing I try seems to work.
Why wouldn't the other boot screens be working? Is there something that
I am missing?

Any ideas as to different things I can look into would be very much
appreciated!!
