Hello,

I want to change how the Windows Boot Screen Appears when you first turn on
the system. I want to put something there such as a IT Standards Policy, so
users are aware that the Sytem is a Work Sytem.

In the REGISTRY, I was able to put some text under the KEY "LegalNoticeText"
(
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Winlogon
), and put this info in, and it appears as a screen at boot, but it requires
you to HIT the "ENTER" key an additional time.

I am hoping to either change the way the "CTL-ALT-DEL" Screen appears or
something that may show up and disappear after 5 secs before the Logon
Screen shows.
