Boot in Safe Mode

There is a System Services screen, with Tabs and OK/Cancel?Apply, that allows
you to check a box to start the computer in Safe Mode. (This screen also has
check boxes in Tabs to start/stop many services.)
I checked the box (long story) and now can't find that screen again to
uncheck and start in Normal Mode. It overrides a normal boot in the end.

Anyone know where this is? I was sure it was in the Help and Support
Center, since that was the only service I recall being able to get running at
the time... I know, next time use F8.

I think you mean "msconfig" ...
Start menu... Run... type msconfig... enter...
