Boot Problems with 2 Drives

I use a Raid Striped Array for C:
I also have a second drive D: on the IDE as a master
which I make a mirror image of C: for backup. The D:
drive will boot if I change the boot sequence in bios.

This setup has work flawlessly for almost a year.
I had to do a repair install and all was well.

PROBLEM: NOW - When I boot up, C:drive checks D: and
will not boot. It gets to the first windows screen,
reads D: and then shuts down and starts over. I have
disconnected the Raid Array and it will boot from the "D:
drive which is now C: just fine. WHAT IS GOING ON.

Your help is appreciated in advance.

Tom
