every time when i shut down my windows xp pc, in blue
screen there appears a error message"driver-power-state-
failure" "if this is the first time please restart your
computer...". i disable all the hardware in device manager
from safe mode but it still remains.

when i start windows in the same pc, on welcome message
some instruction r given to me i.e " go in control
pannel,system,in perfomance clicksetting,advanced,
change, custom size, type an intial or maximum paging file
size". I tried but cannot solve the problem. What can be
the soluton?

I think this is Roxio related, there is a patch here, however there probably is an
update that is newer than the patch. Look around on the Roxio web site.
