Someone shared with me that they got XPe working on a Kingston 1GB CF :
http://www.seanliming.com/flashhelp.html

I believe the online help has steps on how to get XPe working on CF. I have
also writen about the process in my books.

Does your target have an IDE to CF adapter?

You have to prep the disk under DOS - Format and run Bootprep. Copy the
image over and it should boot.
