How many pieces of ram do you have in the system?
Make sure you are grounded/staticly neutral, and try with just a single
piece.
Then try with the other.
Most of the time i have seen this it is usually bad ram.
If you have a full windows install on the machine, try removing everything
you don't need as suggested by windows (just for the test.)
IF you recently installed software or something, press F8 like crazy to get
into safe mode options and take last known good configuration.
