Hello everybody,
(I hope this post isn't OT!).
I have some troubles with an application setup build using
InstallShield Express, run on Win2000 SP4.
After the installation, C:\boot.ini is missing: I can't figure out why
this happens, is there something wrong with Windows Installer, with my
PC or what else?

Did anybody have a problem like this? Any help is really appreciated,
thank you.

I have seen the boot.ini get deleted by over aggressive antivirus software
from time to time. Maybe that is happening in your case? You can replace
the file from floppy if you need to.
